My team and I conducted research in the form of competitive analyses, heuristic evaluations of the app and target user interviews, keeping in mind the company's business goals of increased user engagement. The implemented redesign addressed the primary issues raised by our target audience, as well as provide a fresh and intuitive interface.

INSIGHTS

Users are put off by long waiting times during verification process and are confused on the need for different levels of verification. They are also frustrated by the trade process due to its unintuitive interface and lack of information, and their perceptions of cryptocurrency are skewed towards it being unsafe and volatile.
